The USIOT is a student-run organization with a mission to identify and select the top informatics team in the USA to compete in the International Informatics Olympiad in Teams (IIOT) Finals.

For the 2025-2026 season, the winning team will earn the opportunity to be Team USA at the IIOT International Finals with an all-expenses-paid stay at the international final, expected to take place in Piatra Neamț, Romania.

Participation in the USIOT is completely free, with no costs to competitors, no matter how far they progress in the USIOT or IIOT competitions.

This site will be your go-to source for updates, including the finalists for the 2026 USIOT National Finals and competition results. You can also view the yearly competition schedule on the contest information page, with the 2025-26 schedule not being published yet.
